Much to my surprise (and delight!!) I have been hired to do some interior shots of rooms that my friend designs.  She is an amazing interior designer/decorator and does such beautiful work.  So of course I am thrilled to be able to do her photography for her so she can show off all these beautiful designs!

Lollipop.....

My lifelong best friend and his family came over and I was able to grab some shots of their sweet boy for his 3 year old pics.....(before he grows up and turns 4 on us!!!)
He was shy and coy and pretended I wasn't there until I made the ultimate deal with him......give me your sweetest smile and I have a lollipop with your name on it! :)
Got my smile and got some sweet pics of this little boy that I just loooove!!! He is such a cutie......

I'm so happy to see Jill........

I met this amazing girlie during "Into the Woods" at the Alliance Theatre......and am sooo blessed to have her in my life!!  She is the most optomistic, positive, (although ridiculously cheerful in the mornings...to a non-morning person that is....:), wonderful and as you will see, beautiful lady!!

We have been planning this headshot session since about December and finally, finally made it happen.  We headed down to our favorite side of town, took about 600 pictures, just beat out the rain, and then rewarded our hard work with our most favorite dish at Highland Bakery.  And some coffee.  And some cinnamon donuts.  Headshots are hard work.

It was a fun morning with one of my most fav people ever.
I love the gorgeous brown eyes and the amazing smile......

A Family Affair......

We had grand plans for an amazing outdoor shoot in the surprisingly gorgeous February weather we had been having.....
The best laid plans......
That Saturday morning woke us up with 30 degree weather and 15 mile an hour winds!!
So much for the outdoor photo shoot.....:)
So we moved our happy little family back indoors to their gorgeous home (designed and decorated by my amazingly talented friend Cristina at Elements Design Inc.....www.elementsdesigninc.com) and changed gears.  The house made for a beautiful, cozy setting and the kids, mom, dad and even doggie were so amazing.  You'll be hard pressed to choose the most photogenic one in this family!!  :)
We had a great time and got some really beautiful pictures of this sweet family.
I am so happy to know them and excited to take part in their family photos......

No pain no gain........

This actress was quite the superstar.........she braved the THIRTY degree weather to come meet me at Piedmont Park for a really amazing session. We shivered and laughed but it was well worth it..... as you will see she is such a beauty and her eyes are just stunning! She is a super talented and sweet girl and I loved meeting her........

It all began......

with a little show called "Jesus Christ Superstar Gospel".....my first show at the Alliance Theatre here in Atlanta.  I met this guy named Glenn and we hit it off immediately.  He is so unbelievably talented, kind, and just generally wonderful.
And now, 3 years later, I had the awesome opportunity to do some headshots for him! Gorgeous baby blues and the best smile.......love this guy!!
He also brought a dear family friend who is a comic/actor, who needed headshots as well,  and quite photogenic if I do say so myself!
We had so, so much fun doing this shoot and I am so thankful to know these amazing guys and super proud of their shots.

2 little girls and a cat with no desire to do a photo shoot for their mom WHATSOEVER......

But any which way....I looove these girls and the amazing man that gave them to me......I am the luckiest girl in the world this Valentine's Day!
